So Much Relief

It is an amazing feeling to not have a care in the world. Today was my trial, and I've waited two years for this day! I've had an amazing support system from both of my families the entire time and I am so happy it's finally over. It's time to move on, to forget about that madness and to focus on my future. I haven't been blogging as much as I'd like for whatever reasons... Moving, getting ready for my best friend's wedding, working with clients, traveling, etc.,

Patrick and I are finally settled in in Texas. Our house is humungous and Jack finally has an enormous backyard all to himself.  Patrick started the Physician's Assistant program on Monday and is limited to a 250-mile radius in Texas so he was unable to accompany me to my trial. I'm lucky I have the family that I do, because my brother-in-law and sister-in-law were right there with me.

It's crazy how quickly time creeps up on you. It seems like yesterday that I was just filing my lawsuit, finding out more and more information everyday about what was really happening. But it was today and I was certainly ready for it. Over the next few months I'll be fairly busy... I'll finally be back in Florida for Caitlin's wedding, and sometime in July, I'll be in Hawaii to be on Matt's support boat for his Stand-Up-Paddle board race, and just like this trial, it'll all be over before I even know it! Sheesh!

Love to love you.
